JOB OVERVIEW

The Graphic Design Manager leads the in-store graphics team in defining and executing all the electronic and print graphics for an Eataly location to creatively promote the store and its products and services. Reports to the Marketing Manager; manages the in-store Graphic Design Team. 

• Creates electronic versions of Eataly company materials for online and print media and store displays
• Supervises the work of the Graphic Designers
• Creates in-store signage to support the store and its products and services
• Furnishes all signage for in-store events, photo shoots and tours
• Expands knowledge within the industry by establishing new and current business exposure
• Works alongside the Events & Education and Public Relations team to creatively promote Eataly and its products and services online and in store
• Orders and requisitions supplies as needed for the department
• Communicates with external vendors to coordinate and manage in-store installations and external visibility opportunities
• Performs other duties as required or assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• 4+ years of Marketing and Graphic Design experience
• Advanced computer, graphic design and website programming knowledge
• Creative eye and exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat
• Knowledge of Italian language preferred
