JOB OVERVIEW
The Bread Production Manager or “The Bakery Manager” as we call it at Eataly, oversees the production of bread products for Eataly Boston, including but not limited to: breads, Roman style pizza, rolls, focaccia and seasonal items. The Bakery Manager leads and develops a team of Bakers and Sales Associates in a 24-hour-operating bakery. Reports directly to the General Manager of Retail and reports functionally to the Eataly USA Corporate Head of Bakery.
